When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, topic and message you choose to provide. We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry and, where requested, to discuss ways of staying connected.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or add you to a WhatsApp group. Please do not include sensitive personal details in your message.
How messages are handled
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiry submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and can be forwarded to SoulWork's private enquiry inbox after notification settings are configured. Netlify may also process technical information needed to operate the website and protect against abuse.
Retention and your choices
We aim to keep enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage related follow-up. You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by using the contact form.
Important information
This notice describes the intended handling of enquiries. Before activating the form publicly, the organiser should confirm the appropriate data-controller identity, lawful basis, retention arrangements and a reliable method for privacy requests. We do not use analytics cookies in this website package.
